Cooking Instructions
Re-baked frozen ready to heat and eat
From frozen in a convection oven pre heat oven @ 400 f and cook for 6-8 minutes.
From frozen in air frier cook for 5 minutes @400 f.
Turbochef / merrychef oven or similar fast oven use 10% microwave at a temperature of 400 f for 2 minutes.
In the case of frying
No need to defrost. place empanadas on a frier at 375 f and fry until golden.
